Responsibilities
- Maintain and secure all necessary accreditations for the department.
- Offer expert technical support and direction to calibration staff.
- Guarantee that all tasks meet current regulations and deliver top-tier service quality.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the UKAS accreditation framework.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 standards.
- Proficiency in developing and managing uncertainty budgets.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel VBA.
- Solid familiarity with ISO 5167-1 nozzles and Venturi tubes.
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Experience handling temperature measurements using ITS-90 Thermocouple simulation per IEC 584.
- Ability to communicate via USB, RJ45, and Wi-Fi interfaces.
- Awareness of vehicle regulations such as CFR 1065 and WLTP.
