Responsibilities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for building structures
- Carry out inspections and track the deterioration of structural elements
- Create expert reports and evaluations of structural conditions
- Oversee structural maintenance projects from start to finish
- Design and implement maintenance planning schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering from ETH or a university of applied sciences
- Proven experience in structural maintenance over several years
- In-depth knowledge in structural engineering or materials technology
- Strong ability to manage projects effectively
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Proficiency in English is beneficial
