IQVIA AG seeks a Junior Clinical Trials Assistant in Switzerland to manage Trial Master Files and support clinical documentation workflows.
This position focuses on the daily administrative management of clinical trial records. The primary objective is to guarantee that the Trial Master File is delivered with complete and accurate data, supporting the broader clinical team's operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain clinical documents and systems, such as the Trial Master File, in collaboration with Clinical Research Associates and the Regulatory Start-Up team.
- Prepare, file, archive, and distribute clinical documentation and reports for the clinical team.
- Conduct periodic reviews of study files to verify their completeness.
- Support the handling, distribution, and tracking of Clinical Trial Supplies alongside CRAs and the Start-Up team.
- Track Case Report Forms (CRFs), manage queries, and oversee clinical data flow.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project communications, correspondence, and related documentation within the clinical team.
- Accompany CRAs on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties after completing necessary training.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- At least three years of experience in administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a good command of English.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to build and sustain productive working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, as covered in company training.
- Understanding of applicable protocol requirements, based on company training.
