Clinical Research Associate

Pharmacie de la Place du Cirque SA seeks a mid-level Clinical Research Associate for an on-site role in Switzerland to oversee clinical trial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

This position focuses on managing the full lifecycle of clinical trial sites, including qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities. The primary objective is to safeguard patient safety, maintain data integrity, and ensure strict adherence to study protocols throughout the research process.

Responsibilities

• Execute site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits for ongoing clinical trials.
• Verify that all trial activities comply with established protocols, ensuring data accuracy and patient protection.
• Partner with investigators and site personnel to support efficient study execution.
• Review clinical data and resolve queries to uphold high standards of data quality.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing essential study documents, such as protocols and clinical study reports.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Possess at least two years of professional experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of clinical trial procedures, relevant regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Exhibit strong organizational abilities, clear communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team in a dynamic setting.
• Be available for frequent travel, estimated at 60% of working time.
