Quality Control Analyst

Pharmacie de la Place du Cirque SA seeks a Quality Control Analyst to manage GMP quality systems, develop risk analyses, and ensure compliance with visual inspection standards in Switzerland.

This position focuses on maintaining and improving the quality management system within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The analyst is responsible for creating essential documentation, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that global quality standards are correctly implemented in local operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process and risk analyses to support quality objectives.
• Draft and maintain work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and training materials.
• Oversee the management of changes, deviations, and corrective actions within the quality management system.
• Translate global visual inspection guidelines into local processes and standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with maintenance, automation, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent higher education qualification in natural sciences.
• Professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food sectors, preferably within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform process and risk analyses under GMP regulations.
• Fluency in German at a negotiation level and strong written and spoken English skills.
