Quality Control Analyst

This position focuses on strengthening the quality management system through detailed process and risk analyses. The analyst is responsible for translating global visual inspection standards into local operational procedures and ensuring compliance through rigorous documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process and risk analyses to support quality objectives.
• Draft work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and training materials.
• Oversee the management of changes, deviations, and corrective actions within the quality framework.
• Adapt global visual inspection guidelines to fit local processes and documentation.
• Partner with maintenance, automation, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.

Requirements

• A university or university of applied sciences degree in natural sciences.
• Professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food sectors, preferably in GMP-regulated settings.
• Demonstrated ability to perform process and risk analyses under GMP standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
