QA Raw Material Compliance Specialist

Pharmacie du Mont SA seeks a QA Raw Material Compliance Specialist to manage Vendor Change Notifications and impact assessments in a hybrid role based in Switzerland.

This position focuses on the evaluation and coordination of Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs) originating from suppliers. The specialist is responsible for conducting impact assessments alongside internal departments to ensure that all changes align with established procedures and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and coordinate the assessment of Vendor Change Notifications received from suppliers.
• Perform and record impact assessments in cooperation with relevant internal teams.
• Monitor VCNs to guarantee adherence to internal protocols and regulatory standards.
• Ensure that necessary actions are implemented promptly and that documentation is updated accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records using SAP, TrackWise, and Document Management Systems.

Requirements

• A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and change control procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Background in supply chains, raw materials, equipment, facilities, or logistics.
• Ability to communicate in German.
