QA Raw Material Compliance Specialist_ m/f/d, Wallis

Coopers Group AG seeks a QA Raw Material Compliance Specialist in Wallis, CH, to manage vendor change notifications and ensure GMP compliance through cross-functional collaboration.

This position focuses on the oversight of supplier-related changes within the quality framework. The specialist is responsible for evaluating Vendor Change Notifications, coordinating with internal teams to assess impacts, and ensuring that all regulatory and internal procedural requirements are met during the implementation phase.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record Vendor Change Notifications in line with GMP standards and company protocols.
• Facilitate the prompt execution of necessary actions, system modifications, and documentation updates.
• Utilize SAP, TrackWise, and Document Management Systems to handle compliance workflows.
• Partner with QA, Supply Chain, Operations, and other departments to maintain compliant supplier management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Management, Change Control, or GMP support.
• Solid knowledge of GMP regulations, quality management systems, and change control procedures.
• Proven practical experience using TrackWise.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
