GxP Support Specialist

The company seeks a GxP Support Specialist in Basel to ensure compliance for its global active ingredient warehouse, acting as a liaison between logistics, quality, and external partners.

This position is responsible for maintaining GxP compliance within the Logistic Solutions division, specifically supporting the global active ingredient warehouse in Basel. The specialist serves as a key interface between business units, customers, partners, and quality assurance teams to ensure regulatory standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist Logistic Solutions business circles with all GxP-related matters.
• Apply GxP knowledge across various divisions within Logistic Solutions.
• Manage deviations and changes within the Veeva system.
• Implement GxP processes in relevant logistics circles and handle associated documentation.
• Support audits and inspections, including presenting GxP processes independently.
• Contribute to process optimization and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• Completed vocational training or a bachelor's/master's degree, preferably in pharmaceuticals or pharmaceutical logistics.
• Several years of professional experience in the GMP/GDP sector.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes.
• Experience with GxP deviation and change management.
• Experience presenting at GxP customer and authority inspections.
• Experience in editing GxP documents.
• Interest in technical processes and affinity for dealing with IT systems.
