PLCM Systems & Process Governance Sr. Specialist

Biogen (Switzerland) seeks a Senior Specialist for PLCM Systems & Process Governance in Baar. This hybrid role focuses on governance, data visibility, and continuous improvement within the Global Supply Chain.

As a key member of the Product Lifecycle Management team within the Global Supply Chain, this position provides operational leadership in governance, business readiness, and data visibility. The specialist ensures the effective execution, compliance, and ongoing evolution of PLCM processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PLCM Governance Forums by preparing agendas, documenting meetings, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Maintain the PLCM roadmap to ensure alignment and timely execution of planned activities.
• Develop and enhance KPI tracking and reporting mechanisms to support operational insights.
• Coordinate Veeva document workflows to ensure timely routing and approval of GMP documentation.
• Support the creation and delivery of training materials for both formal and informal sessions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements, providing operational feedback.
• Manage Change Controls within the defined scope, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
• Lead smaller initiatives focused on process alignments and minor system enhancements.
• Prepare presentations and communication materials to drive change adoption and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, or regulated environments.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools, with Power BI strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in documentation management, training, and communications.
• Competence in navigating complex, cross-functional, and GxP-regulated environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in operational execution and governance activities.
• Fluent oral and written English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM or related systems such as Agile PLM or Veeva.
• Experience with executive-level communication and documentation.
• Proficiency with standard enterprise productivity tools including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams.
• Familiarity with project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
