Sr PBM Specialist

Lenovo seeks a Senior PBM Specialist to bridge Supply Chain, Engineering, and internal teams in Switzerland, focusing on strategy, compliance, and issue resolution.

This position serves as a key liaison between Lenovo’s Supply Chain Management, Engineering departments, and other internal units. The specialist collaborates with internal clients and contributes to Offering Development Teams, ensuring smooth operational alignment and strategic execution across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a communication hub between Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and various Lenovo divisions.
• Create and share supply chain strategies, including detailed documentation for product commodity sourcing plans.
• Maintain readiness for periodic SCRR and MDRR reviews.
• Participate in regular commodity team sessions, weekly departmental meetings, and scheduled gatherings.
• Support the Procurement team with ad-hoc assignments and special projects as needed.
• Apply established standards and processes to identify and solve problems involving internal Procurement staff and Business Unit representatives.
• Manage special cases while continuously optimizing processes to align with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Four to six years of experience within the supply chain sector.
• Background in project management for AI-native device hardware.
• Basic proficiency in written and spoken English for daily business correspondence and issue resolution.
