PMO Sr. Program Manager

ERServices seeks a Senior PMO Program Manager in Le Locle to lead enterprise growth programs, including site builds and expansions, ensuring end-to-end delivery and operational handoff.

The company is looking for a senior professional to take full ownership of large-scale growth initiatives, from initial requirements through to site launch. This role serves as the central accountability point for delivering complex projects, ensuring they meet strategic objectives while adhering to established project management standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and project objectives into actionable execution plans.
• Partner with business units and clients throughout the lifecycle, from initial gathering to final acceptance and launch.
• Create and oversee integrated program plans that address scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and change control.
• Align with functional managers and coordinators to merge detailed schedules into a cohesive timeline.
• Ensure all tasks are completed according to approved baselines and schedules.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams spanning Facilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, HR, and Business Units.
• Act as the main liaison for customers, vendors, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Handle financial duties such as capital expenditure requests, resource allocation, and budget forecasting.
• Establish and track key performance indicators specific to each project.
• Create risk analyses with clear mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership with regular updates on status, issues, outcomes, and solutions.
• Find ways to reduce costs by optimizing processes and systems.
• Design and lead training sessions for enterprise initiatives and program implementation.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Track record of delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive projects, such as site builds or infrastructure expansions.
• Valid PMP certification.
• Strong ability to apply PMI standards and methodologies across the entire project lifecycle.
• Experience supporting product launches or major growth initiatives.
