Project Manager

ERServices seeks a Mid-level Project Manager in Le Locle, CH, to lead complex manufacturing engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This position sits within the Manufacturing Engineering team at ERServices. The role focuses on steering projects through a dynamic and fast-paced setting, guiding initiatives from initial concept all the way to final implementation and launch.

Responsibilities

• Guide medium to high complexity projects from their initial concept through to final implementation and launch.
• Create and oversee project schedules, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project scope, quality, costs, risks, and overall performance.
• Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership and customers.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• 2–3+ years of experience managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to successfully lead multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact at all organizational levels.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification
