ERServices seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale industrialization and new product introduction programs globally. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional alignment, and expertise in managing complex project lifecycles.
This position serves as a central figure within a global organization, focusing on the end-to-end management of significant industrial initiatives. The primary objective is to steer complex programs from concept through to operational readiness, ensuring that business goals are met through structured planning and effective team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Direct large-scale initiatives, specifically covering new product introductions and industrialization transfers.
- Convert business needs into actionable project and program schedules.
- Establish clear milestones and objectives to align the program team with customer expectations.
- Foster accountability and cohesion among diverse, cross-functional groups.
- Motivate and guide project teams to meet corporate targets and project goals.
- Oversee scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risks while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Act as the main liaison between customers, vendors, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop innovative solutions to address critical user and customer challenges.
- Track program health using KPIs, regular reporting, and proactive risk management.
- Assist in product launch activities and ensure operational readiness.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key sponsors and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of eight years of experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
- Business-level fluency in English.
- Ability to navigate diverse cultural, organizational, and hierarchical landscapes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency with MS 365, Project Management Systems, ERP, and PLM tools.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
- Experience supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives.
- Additional language skills.
