New Foundations Programme Manager

Richemont seeks a Senior Programme Manager to lead the day-to-day orchestration of its multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative, ensuring structured execution and operational discipline across complex business processes.

The company is undertaking a significant, multi-year initiative to streamline and align its business processes and technology infrastructure in preparation for an SAP S/4HANA migration. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations, maintaining the project rhythm, and enforcing the operational standards necessary to drive this strategic transformation forward.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Programme Director and Group Platforms stakeholders to shape the New Foundations programme, converting strategic goals and governance decisions into a clear, actionable roadmap.
• Manage the overall execution of the programme, ensuring all workstreams advance according to the defined scope, schedule, and priorities.
• Oversee the integrated programme view and manage its rhythm, including planning cycles, key forums, milestones, and decision tracking.
• Facilitate arbitration processes by presenting options, impacts, and trade-offs to the Programme Director and Group Platforms Executive Committee.
• Monitor decisions and critical requirements, ensuring commitments are documented, reflected in deliverables, and followed up on, while managing delays and escalating risks promptly.
• Coordinate documentation and readiness for Discovery deliverables, as well as the planning and preparation for Solution Design.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in programme orchestration and managing complex delivery environments.
• Experience working within multi-entity, Group-level programmes.
• Familiarity with large-scale ERP transformations, particularly SAP S/4HANA conversions.
• Background in collaborating with external consulting partners during initial programme setup.
• Skills in programme structuring, planning, cadence management, milestones, and dependency tracking.
• Ability to rigorously track progress and convert decisions into executable actions.
• Strong risk and issue management capabilities, including early identification and escalation.
• Capacity to synthesize complex inputs into concise, clear programme views.
• Experience coordinating across business, technology, finance, and change management teams.
• Highly disciplined, structured, and execution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable operating in complex, dynamic environments.
• Focused on outcomes, follow-through, and operational excellence.
