New Foundations Scope & Simplification Manager

Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior Scope & Simplification Manager to lead process harmonization and clean-core discipline during the SAP S/4HANA migration within the Richemont transformation programme.

This position serves as the guardian of simplicity and harmonization within Richemont’s multi-year transformation initiative. The role focuses on aligning business processes and technology for the SAP S/4HANA migration, ensuring that the organization maintains a clean-core discipline while optimizing end-to-end workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes and system configurations against SAP S/4HANA standards.
• Coordinate Business Process Managers and functional teams to map, challenge, and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Drive simplification efforts across processes and custom code.
• Determine whether to keep, adapt, or retire processes based on business value.
• Analyze the business impact of scope decisions.
• Train the organization on SAP S/4HANA processes and standard functionalities.
• Collaborate with the ECC Functional Expert to implement recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA programmes and transformations.
• Proven track record in process simplification or standardisation in complex environments.
• Strong exposure to end-to-end business processes (e.g., Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
• Comfortable engaging with senior business and Senior Technology leaders.
• Experience operating in Group, multi-entity or multi-brand environments.
• Skilled at translating business requirements into standard, scalable SAP S/4HANA outcomes.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA standard processes, clean-core principles and, where possible, the ECC landscape.
• Solid process modelling and documentation capability and experience.
• Analytical rigour to frame keep / adapt / retire decisions with clear trade-offs.
• Ability to distil complexity into actionable scope and simplification options.
• Effective stakeholder communication across senior business and technology audiences.
