Program Manager

Escatec Switzerland AG seeks a Program Manager to oversee program execution, strategy, and maintenance while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

This position is dedicated to guaranteeing the smooth execution of programs. The incumbent is tasked with developing strategies, implementing initiatives, and maintaining ongoing projects in strict adherence to the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with GAM/KAM and conduct site visits as needed to meet agreed account goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and MyCom to define scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, budgets, and project plans for new initiatives.
• Partner with other program managers to spot risks and opportunities across various departmental projects.
• Assess, evaluate, and mitigate program risks while generating reports for GAM/KAM and internal stakeholders.
• Achieve or surpass customer service targets (OTD/OTR) within established capacity limits.
• Ensure that Escatec’s financial metrics and Department KPIs are consistently met.
• Analyze product profitability by comparing quoted costs against actual CBOM and transformation expenses.
• Lead cost-reduction efforts to optimize product pricing.
• Create and update the CBoM.
• Implement Escatec’s Customer Service Policy for all clients.
• Manage contract reviews, order acceptance, and forecasting in coordination with SCO.
• Prepare and oversee business forecasts.
• Conduct consignment material analysis and manage payment controls.
• Generate internal and external reports, including program status, stock levels, sales data, forecasts, and waterfall charts.
• Drive business retention and expansion by enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Review and act upon results from Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a customer service or management role.
