IT PMO

Michael Page seeks a Senior IT PMO professional in Geneva to support program strategy, drive Agile transitions, and manage complex stakeholder communications and KPIs.

The company is looking for an experienced PMO specialist to assist the Lead PMO in shaping and executing program strategies. This role involves establishing new organizational standards, managing critical project transitions, and providing high-level strategic insights to senior leadership through data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Draft strategic briefs for senior leadership covering various business topics.
• Analyze complex data sets and summarize key findings for executive decision-making.
• Facilitate the shift of critical projects toward Agile methodologies.
• Develop and upkeep a comprehensive communication plan for the program.
• Help design and structure a technical learning academy.
• Define and track operational and strategic KPIs to evaluate program success.
• Manage program management platforms such as SharePoint, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, and Excel.
• Coordinate international meetings and corporate events.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of experience in PMO roles or as a management consultant.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams spread across multiple office locations.
• Prior experience working within multicultural, nearshore, or offshore settings.
• Deep understanding of organizational design methodologies.
• Strong expertise in change management frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; VBA skills are highly valued.
• Solid grasp of project management techniques and associated tools.

• Formal certification in project management.
• Advanced proficiency in VBA macros.
