IT Project Manager / Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Create and update project roadmaps while monitoring potential risks to help achieve key milestones.
• Collaborate with business analysts to document, define, and validate functional requirements for clarity across teams.
• Prioritize and manage the work backlog in close cooperation with stakeholders and agile teams.
• Monitor sprint performance, delivery metrics, and team health to maintain transparency and steady progress.
• Report regularly to senior leadership regarding project status, emerging risks, and challenges.
• Lead structured review sessions to resolve issues and support informed decision-making.
