IT Project Manager

The incumbent will oversee the implementation and improvement of extensive international initiatives that connect internal operational processes with external customer-facing platforms, ensuring seamless coordination across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project leads, agile coaches, developers, and business units to align on goals, priorities, and execution strategies.
• Enable delivery teams by eliminating blockers, driving progress, and ensuring outputs match business expectations.
• Create and update project roadmaps, manage risk exposure, and assist in deploying solutions to hit critical milestones.
• Collaborate with business analysts to capture, document, and verify functional requirements, maintaining clarity across all groups.
• Regularly review and rank backlog items in partnership with stakeholders and agile teams.
• Monitor sprint outcomes, delivery metrics, and team well-being to maintain transparency and steady progress.
• Report frequently to senior management regarding project health, emerging risks, and operational challenges.
