Business Solutions Specialist – Pharma Manufacturing, Production, GMP

RMIT Professional Resources AG seeks a Senior Business Solutions Specialist in Basel to oversee pharma manufacturing execution and production planning, integrating SAP PP-PI, MES, and SAP EWM.

This position is responsible for managing manufacturing execution and production planning within the pharmaceutical industry. The specialist will focus on integrating SAP PP-PI and MES with SAP EWM to streamline and optimize production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing execution and production planning using MES and associated systems.
• Integrate SAP PP-PI and MES with SAP EWM to enhance production processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations in drug substance manufacturing and packaging.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal stakeholders.
• Present project updates and solutions to leadership and project groups.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing execution, production planning, MES, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP PP-PI, SAP EWM, and MES integration.
• Background in pharma production, specifically drug substance manufacturing and/or packaging.
• Solid understanding of GMP regulations and project management principles.
