This leadership position is responsible for the strategic direction and expansion of the Manufacturing, Pharma & Construction sector at isolutions. The role focuses on establishing the company as a top-tier partner for digital transformation and innovation within these industries, while ensuring holistic customer success through close collaboration with technical and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Steer the strategic expansion and ongoing evolution of the designated market unit.
• Establish isolutions as the primary Microsoft partner for innovation and digital change in the target sectors.
• Manage the sales pipeline and take full accountability for meeting revenue and profit goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and grow existing accounts via cross-selling and upselling.
• Spot new market opportunities, create industry-specific solutions, and develop innovative use cases, with a focus on AI.
• Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction by working closely with Technology and Delivery departments.
• Mentor and develop team members, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and act as a thought leader in the industry.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience within the Manufacturing, Pharma, or Construction fields.
• A demonstrated history of building successful business units and managing profitable customer portfolios.
• Proven ability to sell and lead complex projects and strategic customer initiatives.
• An established network of contacts among executives and C-level decision-makers in the relevant industries.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with professional proficiency in both German and English.
