This position serves as a technical lead within project teams, guiding customers from initial concept through to the successful deployment of sophisticated digital workplace solutions. The consultant is responsible for the end-to-end technical consulting process, ensuring that complex enterprise requirements are accurately translated into functional implementations using Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of technical consulting, from initial design to final implementation.
- Conduct requirement engineering and provide expert advice on technical solutions.
- Develop and deploy complex solutions tailored to enterprise environments.
- Operate autonomously on projects within the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
- University degree in computer science or business information systems.
- Fluent German and competent English communication abilities.
- Strong capability to quickly identify and understand client needs.
- A dedicated service-oriented mindset.
