Senior SAP CRM and CX Consultant

Novarto Schweiz AG seeks a Senior SAP CRM and CX Consultant in Bern for a full-time hybrid role. The position focuses on implementing SAP Customer Experience solutions, mentoring teams, and advising clients across diverse industries.

This position supports projects ranging from large-scale enterprise initiatives to specialized industry challenges. The company relies on the consultant's technical expertise and innovative thinking to drive successful outcomes and push the boundaries of current solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document functional designs, configure systems, and conduct testing and training for system enhancements.
• Guide team members on software capabilities and methodologies to support overall project success.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients through proactive management.
• Oversee quality assurance protocols to ensure high standards.
• Execute project management tasks as assigned.
• Master assigned products and modules to ensure proficiency.
• Handle software configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Draft business requirements and develop system designs.
• Engage in every phase of the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience implementing and utilizing SAP Customer Experience and eCommerce Solutions, including SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Marketing Cloud.
• Apply creative thinking to propose and implement solutions that address business challenges.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Operate with discretion when dealing with confidential information.
