Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform Senior Consultant

Elca Informatik AG seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform Consultant in Pully, CH, to design and implement CRM solutions across the full project lifecycle.

This position focuses on serving as a functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform. The consultant will guide challenging CRM projects from the initial pre-sales phase through requirement analysis, solution design, development, deployment, and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions for diverse client projects utilizing Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of complex CRM engagements, spanning pre-sales activities, requirement gathering, solution architecture, development, deployment, and operational support.

Requirements

• Hold an academic degree from a university, university of applied sciences, or technical college.
• Possess a minimum of three years of experience within a service-oriented environment implementing Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform solutions.
• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Maintain deep expertise in at least one core module: Sales Automation, Customer Service & Contact Center, Field Service Management, or Marketing.
• Understand standard capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration boundaries and cost-effective programming extensions.
• Be fluent in both French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure architecture, Power BI, or Fabric.
