Senior Technical Consultant – Customer Experience

isolutions seeks a Senior Technical Consultant in Zürich to advise clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, translating business needs into effective technical solutions.

This position centers on guiding customers to maximize their investment in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. The consultant acts as a bridge between business objectives and technical execution, designing pragmatic strategies for digital transformation while ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on technical and business matters related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Evaluate business and technical needs to create robust solution architectures and oversee their implementation alongside client teams.
• Manage implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes.
• Anticipate client challenges and propose practical, long-term technical fixes.
• Utilize deep platform knowledge to help clients extract maximum value from Microsoft tools.
• Communicate intricate technical details clearly and with a focus on client understanding.
• Stay current with updates in Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, sharing new insights with the team.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Technical Consultant within IT project environments.
• Hands-on experience as a CRM Technical Consultant or Low-Code Developer using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Ability to rapidly grasp client requirements, design practical solutions, and execute them technically.
• Strong organizational capabilities and effective communication skills.
• Experience leading workshops to gather, refine, and align business and technical requirements for Microsoft solutions.
• University degree or equivalent in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fluent German and proficient English language skills.
