Senior Power Platform Consultant

isolutions seeks a Senior Power Platform Consultant in Bern to lead enterprise solutions, advise stakeholders, and mentor teams within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This position serves as the primary technical authority for complex Power Platform initiatives, guiding projects from initial proposal through to final deployment. The consultant is expected to challenge existing enterprise structures by leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies and ensuring robust architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical lead for advanced Power Platform solutions, covering areas such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Dataverse from design through user adoption.
• Take full responsibility for solution and architecture design, including making technology choices, establishing best practices, managing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and defining governance and scalability standards.
• Provide strategic advice to clients, engaging directly with decision-makers and executive stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level consultants to enhance team capabilities.
• Develop the Power Platform practice by creating reference cases, writing blog posts, sharing content on LinkedIn, and presenting at industry events.
• Assess emerging Microsoft ecosystem features, such as Copilot, Power Platform Governance, and Fabric integration, prior to widespread adoption.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working within the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid background in developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Ability to rapidly grasp client requirements and deliver practical, effective solutions.
• Strong communication abilities capable of interacting effectively with C-level executives.
• Excellent proficiency in German.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work 80–100% of full-time hours.
• Primary residence in Bern, Zurich, or Basel.
• Flexibility to travel within the German-speaking regions of Switzerland.

• Prior experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure integration.
