AI Solutions Engineer (Microsoft AI & Power Platform)

HUBER+SUHNER seeks a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead AI strategy, build scalable Power Platform solutions, and guide stakeholders in responsible AI adoption.

The company is looking for a senior expert to define and execute its artificial intelligence roadmap in direct alignment with business objectives. In this capacity, the engineer will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding the organization on the practical application of AI technologies, including the implementation of agent-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to pinpoint high-impact use cases for AI.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to drive initiatives.
• Establish and uphold scalable governance frameworks for AI and the Power Platform.
• Guarantee strict compliance, high quality standards, and ethical AI practices.
• Train and mentor citizen developers to create secure and scalable applications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI solution design, development, and deployment.
• Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and AI agents.
• Create automations and backend integrations leveraging Power Automate and Microsoft Foundry.
• Connect solutions with enterprise ecosystems like M365 and SAP.
• Advocate for modern AI tools and assist users in maximizing their utility.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in AI strategies and implementation.
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of AI agents and their application.
• Skill in building workflows with Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry.
• Experience integrating with M365 and SAP environments.
• Understanding of governance, security protocols, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Competence in Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
