AI Agent Consultant

isolutions seeks a Mid-level AI Agent Consultant in Switzerland to guide clients through AI strategy, governance, and implementation using Microsoft tools.

The company is looking for a professional to help organizations realize the technical and strategic value of artificial intelligence. This role focuses on translating complex AI concepts into actionable business outcomes while ensuring that responsible AI practices and governance remain central to every project.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients from initial concepts to concrete implementation, creating roadmaps and measurable results.
• Conduct workshops to identify high-value AI agent scenarios that align with specific business goals.
• Advise customers across various industries to tailor AI initiatives to their unique contexts, constraints, and policies.
• Develop and maintain sustainable governance frameworks covering risk management, compliance, and platform oversight.
• Train end-users to interact confidently with AI agents while adhering to established governance guardrails.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders in IT, business, and leadership, guiding them through change management processes.
• Collaborate with technical experts within an innovation-focused consulting team.

Requirements

• A university degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in consulting, advisory, or customer-facing roles within digital transformation or AI adoption.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, data protection, compliance, and access management.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and the Power Platform.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Ability to interpret organizational needs and convert them into practical governance recommendations.
• Fluency in both German and English.
