Consultant (AI-powered Digital Business Transformation)

The company seeks a mid-level Consultant for AI-powered digital business transformation in Pully, CH. The role involves advising clients, bridging business and IT, and supporting digital transformation projects.

The consultant acts as a trusted advisor to decision-makers, helping to accelerate digital advancements across Switzerland. The role blends consulting expertise with technological proficiency and practical execution to shape the bridge between business strategy and IT implementation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in advisory projects, including business analysis, workshop facilitation, and leading specific workstreams.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and clients to drive strategic and operational goals.
• Collaborate with specialized technical experts throughout the ELCA Group to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, workshop materials, and analyses during client engagements.
• Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing within the group.
• Support the cultivation of long-term client relationships.
• Execute project tasks under the guidance of more experienced consultants.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
• Possess 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in strategy, management, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Show initial experience in cross-functional project settings and preparing client presentations.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Work effectively within a team while gradually taking on more autonomous responsibilities.
• Be willing to travel as required by project needs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, HERMES, or CISM.
• Interest or background in AI (including Agentic AI), cloud migration, or public procurement.
• A business specialization is considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in German is a strong asset.
