Senior Consultant (Strategy & Data/AI Transformation)

Artefact Group Switzerland SA seeks a Senior Consultant for Strategy & Data/AI Transformation in Zürich. The role blends strategy consulting with data and AI innovation to advise clients on strategic challenges.

This position operates at the intersection of strategy consulting and data/AI innovation. The Zurich office is central to Artefact’s expansion, advising clients on critical strategic challenges such as AI strategy, governance, and digital transformation roadmaps. The role focuses on helping organizations transform through data and AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client leadership to tackle high-stakes questions around AI, data governance, and strategic initiatives.
• Deconstruct complex challenges into actionable recommendations using strategy frameworks enhanced by data and AI expertise.
• Manage engagements from start to finish, including hypothesis framing, market analysis, client workshops, governance design, and implementation roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and business unit leaders to communicate recommendations effectively.
• Contribute to the growth of the Zurich office by developing new offerings, creating intellectual capital, and participating in business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong academic background.
• 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, data/digital consulting, or business analyst roles.
• Hands-on experience with data, analytics, or AI-driven projects.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
• Experience creating impactful presentations or reports.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• French language skills.
