Responsibilities
- Creating and rolling out pricing strategies for various sectors, including value-based approaches, segmentation, and discount frameworks.
- Building pricing models, governance structures, and operating frameworks.
- Guiding commercial transformations aimed at boosting revenue and margin performance.
- Utilizing data, analytics, and AI to refine pricing decisions.
- Leading workshops and securing alignment among senior stakeholders on pricing initiatives.
- Overseeing implementation efforts and ensuring adoption within client organizations.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience at a reputable management consultancy
- Proven expertise in pricing strategy and transformation
- A Master’s degree from a reputable university
- Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- The ability to combine data-driven insights with pragmatic implementation
- Fluent in German and English
