Consultant / Senior Consultant - SAP Transformation

KPMG AG in Zürich seeks a Consultant or Senior Consultant for SAP Transformation. The role involves advising clients on SAP-enabled business transformation, optimizing processes with S/4HANA, and supporting business development within a hybrid work model.

The SAP advisory team at KPMG (Switzerland) serves as a core component of the firm's growth strategy, providing guidance to both domestic and global clients. Professionals in this position will engage across the full IT lifecycle, from initial strategic planning through to final implementation, ensuring clients leverage the most current technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP, helping clients optimize operations using modern S/4HANA solutions.
• Analyze critical business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, and HR to identify technology challenges and propose actionable improvement strategies.
• Contribute to the creation of proposals for clients across national and international markets.
• Drive business development efforts, which may include organizing client events and authoring research publications.
• Collaborate with other Management Consulting teams on multidisciplinary projects.

Requirements

• Hold a Master's Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate professional proficiency in both German and English.
• Be willing to travel for client engagements.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in transformation projects, digital technology, or similar professional settings.
• Understanding of supply chain, service management, or sales and distribution logistics processes.
• Strong analytical capabilities, a precise and independent work style, and a genuine interest in technology.
