Entago AG is an owner-managed consulting boutique focused on digitizing HR processes. This position supports renowned clients by guiding projects from initial strategy through to successful implementation, leveraging expert knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
- Lead innovative initiatives centered on digital HR transformation.
- Provide strategic and conceptual advisory services to domestic and global clients regarding SAP SuccessFactors.
- Design HR SuccessFactors solutions as part of broader HR transformation efforts.
- Manage projects or specific project segments within a cross-border setting.
- Enhance the technical aspects and consulting tools associated with current SuccessFactors offerings.
- Contribute to sales and pre-sales activities by assuming accountable roles.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of professional background in HR, HR-IT, or a consulting environment.
- Proven track record of project involvement specifically within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Possession of an Associate or Professional certification for at least one applicable SuccessFactors module.
- A university degree emphasizing economics, technology, or information systems.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations and moderating discussions in both German and English.
- Current residence in Switzerland or a willingness to relocate there.

- Familiarity with SAP HCM is considered beneficial.
