This position sits within the FSO Technology Consulting division, where the team collaborates with clients to manage complex technology shifts and support business growth. The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and career development within an inclusive setting.
Responsibilities
- Align IT strategies with client business objectives.
- Develop live demonstrations for specific use cases and evaluate new technologies such as Cloud, Data Analytics, ML & AI, and Process Mining for their market relevance.
- Drive business transformation through technology adoption and the application of both agile and waterfall methods.
- Oversee technology projects, including planning activities, allocating resources, and reviewing work products.
- Support initiatives aimed at optimizing IT costs to improve financial performance.
- Contribute to assessment, design, and implementation phases of IT projects.
- Analyze data to generate insights and recommend strategic actions.
- Present results and project outcomes clearly to clients and leadership.
- Collaborate effectively within diverse teams to meet project targets.
Requirements
- Strong interest in Information Technologies, Digital Innovation, and the Financial Services sector.
- A degree in Business Information Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field with a focus on technology.
- Fluent proficiency in German and English; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus.
- Initial professional experience in technology consulting or delivery within Financial Services, including Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, or Insurance.
