The company seeks a Senior Management Consultant for its Commercial Strategy & Transformation team in Zurich. The role focuses on guiding Life Sciences clients through complex commercial challenges and implementing measurable transformations.
This position supports the Commercial Strategy & Transformation team in Zurich by helping leading organizations shape and realize commercial transformations that deliver measurable impact. The role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring commercial strategies translate into tangible business impact within a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide Life Sciences clients through complex commercial challenges, ranging from growth strategy to large-scale transformation.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for Life Sciences organizations.
- Support go-to-market transformations and commercial operating model design.
- Drive customer-centric transformation initiatives across sales, marketing, and market access.
- Design and optimize customer engagement and omnichannel approaches.
- Leverage data, analytics, and AI to improve commercial decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and align senior stakeholders across functions.
- Drive implementation and ensure sustainable adoption within client organizations.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience at a reputable management consultancy.
- Proven expertise within Commercial Strategy & Transformation in the Life Sciences industry.
- Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders.
- A Master’s degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- The ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation.
- Fluent in German and English.
