Eraneos seeks a Senior Consultant for Life Science R&D in Zürich to lead digital transformation projects focused on Clinical and Pharmacovigilance solutions.
The company is a global consulting group focused on strategy, transformation, and technology. This position supports clients in modernizing their R&D operations by deploying innovative digital tools, specifically within Clinical and Pharmacovigilance domains.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead client digital transformation efforts by selecting and deploying cutting-edge R&D solutions, particularly for Clinical and Pharmacovigilance workflows.
- Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to guarantee the delivery of top-tier consulting services.
- Cultivate a collaborative, technology-focused team environment that encourages innovation and ongoing process refinement.
- Advise clients on the adoption and integration of advanced digital platforms, ensuring effective implementation and optimal value realization.
- Offer strategic counsel on digital transformation projects, assisting clients in crafting and executing comprehensive digital strategies that align with regulatory and pharmacovigilance goals.
- Accompany clients throughout their transformation journey, facilitating the smooth integration of new technologies and operational processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience implementing transformative system and business processes in areas like CTMS, eTMF, RIM, QMS, CDMS, and PV, ideally with Veeva Vault or similar high-impact initiatives.
- Demonstrated track record in designing and implementing Data & AI Use Cases within R&D.
- At least three years of consulting experience in the Life Science sector, supported by a robust industry network.
- Strong capability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Nice to have
- Veeva White Belt Certification.
- Practical experience in clinical trials, such as acting as a Clinical Trial Leader or Assistant.
- Background in digital strategies, data governance, or master data management.
