Delivery Lead & Techno-Functional Manager – Veeva R&D (all genders)

Accenture seeks a Delivery Lead & Techno-Functional Manager in Zürich to oversee Veeva R&D transformations, managing project lifecycles and configuring Vault solutions for global pharmaceutical clients.

This position serves as a Trusted Advisor for R&D digitalization within the pharmaceutical sector. The role focuses on critical lifecycle pillars such as Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Pharmacovigilance. The successful candidate will manage complex end-to-end transformations and lead international configuration teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle for high-impact transformation initiatives targeting global R&D organizations.
• Execute high-level workshops to identify and capture complex functional requirements.
• Configure Vault lifecycles, workflows, and data models specifically for Safety, RIM, and CTMS modules.
• Oversee project management duties, including timeline and resource planning, budget tracking, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with customer business and IT stakeholders to design solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders while providing mentorship to junior consultants.
• Develop training materials and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
• Offer insights and recommendations to enhance solutions, working alongside master data governance and analytics teams.
• Support Services sales activities by contributing to customer presentations and Statements of Work (SoW).

Requirements

• Experience with CTMS, RIM, QMS, and Vault platforms.
• Knowledge of GxP and IDMP standards.
• Strong project management capabilities, including budget tracking and forecasting.
• Ability to create training materials.
