Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director to lead CRM and omnichannel enablement across Europe, bridging global technology capabilities with local commercial and medical business needs.
This position acts as the central link between global information systems and European business teams. The role focuses on ensuring that Commercial and Medical departments effectively use digital tools, including CRM and omnichannel platforms, to meet their strategic goals. By translating regional requirements into functional solutions, the individual drives technology adoption and delivers tangible business value across the continent.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main regional partner for CRM, omnichannel, and related business systems for Commercial and Medical teams.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and opportunities.
- Advocate for European priorities and local market needs during global planning and prioritization discussions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify ways to use technology, including AI tools, to enhance engagement and efficiency.
- Prepare business and technology systems for new country launches, expansion efforts, and organizational growth.
- Cultivate a network of regional champions and super users to boost engagement, adoption, and feedback loops.
- Provide functional support to regional users, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with global support teams.
- Manage user onboarding, training, change management, and communications to maximize system adoption.
- Work with global solution teams to coordinate the rollout and adoption of new features and best practices in Europe.
- Identify and support the adoption of practical AI-enabled omnichannel capabilities.
- Gather, document, and prioritize regional business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Evaluate existing business processes to find opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, validation activities, and production readiness checks.
- Serve as the primary liaison between European business teams and Global Commercial & Medical Information Systems.
- Partner with global CRM, omnichannel, and field solution teams to deliver regional initiatives.
- Recommend and prioritize regional enhancement requests while balancing local needs with global governance.
- Support implementation planning, communications, and business readiness for new capabilities and releases.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making and monitor adoption.
- Analyze platform usage, feedback, and performance trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Establish scalable support and demand-intake processes as the European organization expands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years of experience supporting CRM, omnichannel, commercial systems, or related business technology functions in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sector.
- Experience supporting Commercial and Medical organizations within regulated life sciences environments.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Demonstrated skill in building trusted partnerships across business and technology teams.
- Experience working effectively in highly matrixed global organizations.

- Additional European language skills.
- Experience supporting commercial launches, international market expansion, or multi-country business operations, preferably within Europe.
