Senior Director IT Leader Global Technical Operations

Incyte seeks a Senior Director IT Leader for Global Technical Operations in Morges, CH. This strategic role partners with executive leaders to define and execute technology roadmaps across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and development functions.

Positioned at the intersection of business strategy and digital innovation, this role acts as the primary strategic technology partner for Global Technical Operations. The incumbent will define and execute technology strategies while influencing digital roadmaps alongside executive leaders across manufacturing, external supply, quality, pharmaceutical development, laboratory operations, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across Global Technical Operations to serve as their strategic technology advisor.
• Translate business priorities into long-term technology strategies and actionable digital roadmaps that deliver measurable value.
• Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, compliance, scalability and decision-making.
• Provide leadership across a portfolio of business-critical technology platforms supporting Global Technical Operations.
• Oversee strategic planning, investment management, project portfolios, budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing global team combining internal talent and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated industry.
• Deep understanding of Manufacturing, External Supply, Quality, Pharmaceutical Development, Supply Chain and Laboratory Operations.
• Demonstrated success defining and executing enterprise technology strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Experience leading global digital transformation initiatives across complex organizations.
• Proven success managing large technology portfolios, budgets and international project teams.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams within a global matrix organization.
