Eraneos seeks a Senior Veeva Vault CRM Architect to lead implementations and advise clients on best practices and compliance within the Life Sciences sector.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert for Veeva Vault CRM, managing implementation and configuration tasks for Life Sciences clients.
- Provide guidance on industry best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements during solution design.
- Facilitate workshops to collect and analyze business needs, converting them into scalable system architectures.
- Manage system integration and data migration processes to maintain data quality and meet project deadlines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of CRM solutions.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM.
- Possession of relevant Veeva certifications is preferred.
- Strong interest in advancing digital transformation within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
- Fluency in both German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a drive to expand expertise in Veeva Vault CRM.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GxP standards, regulatory compliance, and document or content management workflows in Life Sciences.
- Prior experience in consulting, project management, or business analysis within the Life Sciences industry, particularly with Veeva solutions.
