Techno-Functional Consultants – Veeva R&D (Safety, RIM, CTMS) (all genders)

Accenture seeks a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant in Zürich to lead Veeva R&D transformations across Safety, RIM, and CTMS, acting as a trusted advisor for digitalization.

This position serves as an IT Delivery Lead or Techno-Functional Consultant focused on essential pharmaceutical lifecycle pillars. The role entails overseeing complex end-to-end transformations and guiding international configuration teams, ultimately positioning the candidate as a trusted advisor for R&D digitalization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle for high-impact transformation initiatives within global R&D organizations.
• Facilitate advanced workshops to gather intricate functional requirements.
• Configure Vault lifecycles, workflows, and data models specifically for Safety, RIM, and CTMS modules.
• Oversee project management duties such as timeline and resource planning, budget tracking, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with customer business and IT stakeholders to design solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Manage communication between project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders while mentoring junior consultants.
• Lead or contribute to training material creations and run train-the-trainer sessions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the solution and work with master data governance and analytics teams.
• Contribute to customer presentations and Statements of Work (SoW) to support Services sales activities.
