Veeva Network Business Analyst

Fusion Consulting AG seeks a Veeva Network Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions within a pharmaceutical context, focusing on VOD and Network integrations.

This position serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams in a large pharmaceutical environment. The successful candidate will leverage deep expertise in Veeva tools, specifically VOD and Network, to translate complex requirements into functional solutions and ensure seamless system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify business needs for Veeva Network and VOD integrations.
• Convert complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and process workflows.
• Oversee data cleansing, matching, and migration efforts to facilitate the transition from Informatica to Veeva systems.
• Define interface specifications to guarantee smooth integration across various platforms.
• Validate business processes and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet expectations.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, consulting on strategy and technical requirements.
• Address end-user issues promptly and support backlog refinement.
• Contribute to solution design, implementation, and the creation of testing and training materials.
• Ensure SLC documentation remains aligned with the product lifecycle.
• Manage integration processes and coordinate timelines and milestones across linked initiatives.
• Participate in SCRUM activities and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Veeva tools, with a focus on VOD and Network.
• Experience in data migration, preferably involving transitions from Informatica to Veeva.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Prior experience with data migration from Informatica to Veeva.
