Eraneos Switzerland AG seeks a Senior Medical Affairs & Commercial Expert in Zürich to lead digital transformation initiatives integrating Real-World Evidence and advanced analytics for enhanced patient outcomes.
This position focuses on driving digital transformation within the pharmaceutical sector by combining Real-World Evidence with advanced analytics. The expert will demonstrate product value and improve patient results through strategic digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead digital transformation projects that merge Real-World Evidence with advanced analytics to showcase product value and improve patient health outcomes.
- Create and implement unified omnichannel engagement plans that coordinate Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to deliver personalized experiences for Healthcare Professionals.
- Apply AI and advanced analytics to produce actionable insights, tailor scientific and promotional materials, and optimize customer interactions across digital platforms.
- Design and manage the development of digital ecosystems, such as HCP and patient portals, to enhance customer experience and facilitate scientific exchange.
- Ensure successful product launches by developing agile, data-driven content strategies that clearly communicate value to payers, providers, and patients.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong passion for digital transformation within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Possess extensive experience as a digital strategy and communications leader with a solid background in Life Sciences.
- Have a proven track record of collaborating with Medical Affairs and Commercial leaders across various therapeutic areas and technologies.
- Be fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
- Excel in dynamic environments and enjoy working collaboratively to align commercial and medical affairs digital strategies.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
- Experience with GxP, regulatory compliance, and document management processes.
- Certifications in leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
- A background in consulting, project management, or business analysis within the Life Sciences sector.
