Senior Marketing Manager EMEA

Onward Medical seeks a Senior Marketing Manager for EMEA to lead regional marketing for ARC-EX, driving demand and therapy adoption through insight-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

This position is responsible for translating global brand strategies into effective regional initiatives for the ARC-EX product line across Europe. The role focuses on raising awareness, generating demand, and supporting commercial success by working closely with sales teams and other departments to ensure market penetration and therapy adoption.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a regional marketing strategy based on customer insights and analytics to boost awareness and demand.
• Localize global brand strategies by adapting segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging to fit regional needs.
• Design and implement marketing plans that support promotional, channel, and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with direct sales teams and distributors to create supporting materials such as brochures, videos, animations, presentations, and competitive briefs.
• Act as the main contact for sales teams regarding product and therapy messaging.
• Oversee traditional, digital, and direct-to-consumer campaigns in partnership with creative agencies and vendors.
• Assist regional clinics with public relations and media activities.
• Develop local programs to encourage long-term therapy adoption and patient engagement.
• Coordinate and participate in regional conferences and trade shows.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, societies, and advocacy groups, including managing consulting agreements.
• Contribute to the development of global marketing capabilities to improve scale and efficiency.
• Manage post-market surveillance feedback and ensure compliance with quality systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a science-related field.
• 8-10 years of professional marketing experience in medical devices, consumer healthtech, or life sciences.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms in a sales or marketing capacity.
• Proven track record in product launches, preferably within the medical device sector.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, including direct-to-consumer strategies.
• Fluent proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience in neurorehabilitation or neuromodulation/stimulation markets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
