Marketing Administration & Events Support Intern

Onward Medical seeks an Intern for Marketing Administration & Events Support in Lausanne. This hybrid role involves administrative coordination, event preparation, and vendor management within a fast-paced medtech environment.

This position provides hands-on support to the Marketing team, focusing on administrative coordination, event preparation, and daily marketing operations. The intern works in a dynamic, international setting and collaborates with various departments, including Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing administrative tasks and coordination efforts.
• Assist in preparing for events and congresses.
• Coordinate with external vendors and monitor the delivery of their work.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, and shipments.
• Maintain marketing trackers, digital files, and planning documents.
• Monitor inventory levels for booth materials, printed assets, and branded merchandise.
• Draft presentations, take meeting notes, and prepare internal updates.
• Support ad hoc marketing and communication projects as required.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a program related to Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or Event Management.
• Availability for 2–3 days per week, representing a 50–60% workload.
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in an administrative capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good command of the English language.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French and/or German.
