Quality Assurance Intern

Onward Medical seeks a Quality Assurance Intern in Lausanne to support the Quality Management System and TrackWise Digital under the Senior QA & EHS Manager.

This internship sits within the Quality department, reporting directly to the Senior Quality Assurance & EHS manager. The primary objective is to assist in maintaining and improving the company's Quality Management System while providing hands-on support for digital quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with TrackWise Digital, the electronic Quality Management System, and help identify ways to enhance its functionality.
• Prepare for ISO 13485 certification renewal by supporting the overall management of the Quality Management System.
• Help manage training records and assist in rolling out a new Training Management Software platform.
• Track key quality metrics, suggest new indicators, and present data internally using clear and visual reporting methods.
• Provide backup support to the Quality Complaint Specialist when handling product complaints or device deficiency issues.

Requirements

• Currently studying or holding an engineering degree with a focus on Quality Assurance or Biomedical Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must possess a valid Swiss work or student permit, or hold Swiss, EU, or EFTA citizenship.
