Roche seeks an intern for its Product Development Medical Affairs team in Basel to support digital transformation and project management initiatives starting January 2027.
This 12-month internship, beginning on 1 January 2027, places the candidate within the Product Development Medical Affairs Nucleus Team at Roche’s Basel site. The position focuses on advancing digital transformation efforts in Medical Affairs by supporting the implementation of new systems, optimizing data processes, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Support the digital transformation journey by helping to develop solutions that enable reliable reporting and data-driven decisions.
- Plan, monitor, and document the progress of ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Create high-quality, engaging communication materials for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate across different functions to support large-scale organizational initiatives.
- Manage small-scale projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and technical partners to promote the human-centered adoption of new digital tools.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program or graduated within the last 12 months in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Data Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Proficiency with Google Apps Suite, experience using AI tools, and familiarity with modern project management methodologies.
Nice to have
- Previous international work experience.
- A strong interest in digital transformation or the pharmaceutical sector.
