Roche seeks a Project Management intern in Rotkreuz to support AI-driven diagnostic solutions. The role involves coordinating Agile workflows, managing documentation, and assisting cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

This internship focuses on accelerating the delivery of innovative diagnostic solutions through AI-assisted methods and harmonized processes. The intern will play a key role in optimizing business operations and supporting initiatives that ultimately improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Track project timelines and manage deliverables as part of daily project management duties.
  • Facilitate communication with various teams and stakeholders, including writing status updates.
  • Organize project records and help design presentations and visual materials.
  • Coordinate meetings by setting agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Support change management efforts by helping to create user guides and frequently asked questions.
  • Provide administrative support for market assessments and the development of software tools.
  • Implement Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, in everyday tasks.
  • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at boosting operational efficiency and patient care.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 12 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong capability in both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Valid proof of current university enrollment or confirmation of recent graduation.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting market research and developing business cases.
  • Familiarity with supporting software or tool development projects.
  • Openness to learning new tools like Notebook LM and Gemini.
