This internship focuses on accelerating the delivery of innovative diagnostic solutions through AI-assisted methods and harmonized processes. The intern will play a key role in optimizing business operations and supporting initiatives that ultimately improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Track project timelines and manage deliverables as part of daily project management duties.
- Facilitate communication with various teams and stakeholders, including writing status updates.
- Organize project records and help design presentations and visual materials.
- Coordinate meetings by setting agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
- Support change management efforts by helping to create user guides and frequently asked questions.
- Provide administrative support for market assessments and the development of software tools.
- Implement Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, in everyday tasks.
- Contribute to strategic projects aimed at boosting operational efficiency and patient care.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 12 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong capability in both written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Valid proof of current university enrollment or confirmation of recent graduation.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting market research and developing business cases.
- Familiarity with supporting software or tool development projects.
- Openness to learning new tools like Notebook LM and Gemini.
