Event & Marketing Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks an Event & Marketing Intern in Geneva to support marketing execution, event logistics, and budget tracking within a luxury watchmaking environment.

This operational position is located in the Geneva city center offices. The intern supports the project manager by executing marketing and communication initiatives, managing event logistics, and handling administrative reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with organizing and running various events, such as client gatherings, boutique activations, and factory tours.
• Handle logistical coordination for boutique events, including managing relationships with external suppliers and vendors.
• Create marketing materials for events, including PowerPoint reports, invitations, and internal agendas.
• Oversee visual merchandising efforts and ensure promotional animations are correctly implemented in stores and at point-of-sale locations.
• Help produce creative assets for media plan bookings.
• Monitor and report on marketing expenditures.
• Process marketing invoices and collaborate with the accounting department as necessary.
• Update the master marketing plan document on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Ability to secure an official internship agreement from your educational institution.
• Fluent proficiency in both French and English.
